Embroidered Memories 2

Ephemeral Installation, ve bi ku s  Kunsthalle Schaffhausen, Schaffhausen 2019

Based on the book "Embroidered Memories" about my family history, the installation built by threads and an embroidery made by my great-grand-mother is about memory and its ability to capture us as spider web but also to save as Ariadne's thread. This new ephemeral installation is made during Textur exhibition at ve bi ku s Kunsthalle Schaffhausen, a former tissue factory at Schaffhausen. The installation was followed by a performance during the opening of the exhibition.
